What this is

DhanWise prices your scenario against a panel of lenders and ranks the ones whose published credit policy can accommodate it. It is a general information tool only. It is not credit assistance, a credit quote, a preliminary assessment, or an offer of credit, it makes no credit enquiry, and it does not take your objectives or financial situation into account as a licensed credit assistance provider would.

As a mortgage broker we owe you a Best Interests Duty under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. That duty attaches to advice we give you personally — not to this calculator. Before acting, consider our Credit Guide and speak with us.

Assumptions

Rates are illustrative, derived from a sample rate sheet plus typical pricing adjustments for credit band, occupancy, purpose and LVR.
Servicing is assessed above the actual rate by an APRA buffer, against a benchmark living-expense figure. Three points is the floor and the panel default; some lenders on the panel assess harder, and the figure applied is shown on every result.
LMI is estimated from published premium tables and assumed capitalised onto the loan.
Transfer duty is indicative and changes at every state budget — confirm with the relevant State Revenue Office.
Home Guarantee price caps, eligibility and place limits change; confirm with Housing Australia.
Comparison rates are struck on $150,000 over 25 years and exclude fees a real quote would include.
